We aim to have orders packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
United States
Duties and tariffs are included at checkout - there are no additional fees on delivery.
New Zealand
Orders typically arrive with no additional duties or taxes payable on delivery.
All Other International Destinations
Orders to all other countries we currently ship to, including Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom, are sent via international post. Local VAT or import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. This is standard for international deliveries.
