Returns policy
Full-Priced Items:
Eligible for a refund or exchange, including items purchased using promotional codes (e.g., 10% welcome code, AFTERPAY20).
Sale Items:
Eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder
- The return is shipped back within 5 business days of receiving approval.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- olessa is not liable for any loss or damage to return parcels.
Cost of Return
Australia:
$10 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit. Complimentary express shipping is provided for approved exchanges.
New Zealand:
$20 AUD return shipping fee applies. We are unable to offer exchanges for New Zealand orders at this time.

Received something you didn’t order? We’re so sorry! Please get in touch with us at hello@olessa.com.au or via the contact form we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Faulty or damaged items
Oops! Something’s not quite right? Shoot us an email at hello@olessa.com.au with your order number and a snap of the hiccup (faulty or damaged item). Once we’ve given it a look and given the thumbs up, we’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund—easy peasy!
